While running the MSB it was difficult finding auditing companies who really "cared" about the plight of Money Services Businesses. It seemed that the auditors were more focused on charging high fees and the reports that were supplied were not helpful and full of "fluff".
Owning a MSB can be tough because the business is often perceived as being high risk, and banks often close MSB accounts with little notice. This often leaves the MSB scrambling because a bank account is critical to running a money transfer or check cashing business. NO BANK ACCOUNT = NO BUSINESS.
